At Leading Kids ELC, we believe that nutritious food fuels growing minds and bodies. Our menus are thoughtfully planned to meet the Australian Dietary Guidelines, ensuring a balance of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. We cater to individual dietary needs, including vegetarian, Halal, and allergy-aware options, creating an inclusive mealtime environment where every child feels supported. Mealtimes are a social, relaxed part of our day, where educators sit with children, model healthy eating habits, and encourage independence. We also involve children in food experiences like cooking, gardening, and learning about where food comes from, helping them develop a lifelong respect for their health and the environment.
Morning Tea
Our morning tea provides a nourishing start to the day with a variety of fresh seasonal fruit, wholegrain options, and dairy-based snacks. It’s the perfect opportunity for children to refuel, connect with peers, and build healthy eating habits.
Lunch
Lunch is a warm, balanced meal designed to support growing bodies and active minds. Our rotating menu includes a mix of cultural favourites, packed with vegetables, grains, and proteins, all served in a relaxed and social setting.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea offers a light and satisfying end to the day, featuring wholesome snacks like veggie sticks, dips, sandwiches, or baked goods. It’s a calm time where children recharge and reflect before heading home.
