Our Approach To Learning
At leading Kids ELC, we are proud to deliver a curriculum guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, placing children at the heart of their learning journey. Our educators thoughtfully design environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, and meaningful exploration. We embrace a multicultural and inclusive philosophy, ensuring every child and family feels seen, heard, and valued. 0-2 years Nurturing Beginnings
Our 0–2 years program focuses on building strong relationships in a calm, caring, and inclusive environment. Inspired by the EYLF and Reggio Emilia approach, we support sensory exploration, early communication, and individual routines. Cultural diversity and gentle sustainability practices are introduced through everyday experiences.

2-3 years Exploring Independence
In our 2–3 years room, children are supported as they develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Through hands-on play and open-ended experiences, we follow the EYLF and Reggio-inspired practices while promoting inclusion, cultural awareness, and early understanding of sustainability.

3-5 years Confident Learners
Our 3–5 years program encourages inquiry, creativity, and collaboration as children prepare for school. Guided by the EYLF and Reggio Emilia approach, we embed sustainability and multicultural perspectives into projects, helping children become confident, capable, and caring learners.
